As part of the workshop dedicated to the Magnitogorsk Materials Week “Severe plastic deformation of metallic materials” held from November 19th to 23rd of 2018, the lectures in English were given by:

• Elena A. Korznikova, PhD (Phys. and Math.), researcher, Institute for Metals Superplasticity Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences,
• Alexander P. Zhilyaev, DSc (Phys. and Math.), Head of the Mechanics of Gradient Nanomaterials Laboratory, Principal Researcher of the Institute for Metals Superplasticity Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences,
• Jose Maria Cabrera, Professor of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (Spain).

As part of the workshop the participants visited PJSC MMK.

At the close of the workshop, the parties signed the memorandum of cooperation.
