Among its participants are heads and specialists of leading metallurgical, pipe, machine-building enterprises, industry research institutions. The agenda of the Congress includes discussion of key issues related to the main directions of development of rolling, pipe and hardware production.
At the congress, the laboratory and Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University was represented by Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Department of technologies of materials treatment Pesin A.M. with the report "New effects obtained by asymmetric cold and hot sheet rolling of various metals" and young specialists Sverchkov A.I. with the report “Reducing the number of technological cycles “rolling-annealing” of cold-rolled strip made of steel grade 65G in the conditions of Rolling Mill 8 of PJSC MMK” and Nosov L.V. with the report "Development of new ways to increase technological plasticity during asymmetric rolling of single-layer and layered tapes from aluminum alloys".
During these three days, the specialists discussed the main results of the work to improve the quality and increase the competitiveness of steel products, as well as the development of modern management methods and increase the operational efficiency of production. In addition, issues of improving the standardization of metal products and training specialists under the new National System of Professional Qualifications were considered.
